105F1Services relating to land or other property
(1)
The registrar may provide, or arrange for the provision ofF2—
(a)
consultancy or advisory services about land or other property in England and Wales or elsewhere,
(b)
information services about land or other property in England and Wales, or
(c)
services relating to documents or registers which relate to land or other property in England and Wales.
(2)
The terms on which services are provided under this section by the registrar, in particular terms as to payment, shall be such as he thinks fit.
