In section 26(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 (general offences: “relevant enactment”)—

(a)

the word “or” after paragraph (c) shall cease to have effect, and

(b)

after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted—“; or

(e)

the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (apart from Part 5).”
