Part 11Supplementary

275 Financial provision

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

(a)

any expenditure incurred by the OFT, the Secretary of State, any other Minister of the Crown or a government department by virtue of this Act; and

(b)

any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided by virtue of any other Act.
