Determination of references

135 Variation of market investigation references

(1)

The F1CMA or (as the case may be) the appropriate Minister may at any time vary a market investigation reference made F2by it under section 131 or (as the case may be) by the appropriate Minister under section 132.

(2)

The Office of Fair TradingF3... appropriate Minister shall consult the F4CMA before varying any such reference F5made by him.

(3)

Subsection (2) shall not apply if the F6CMA has requested the variation concerned.
