SCHEDULE 3 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments

73 U.K. In Schedule 8 (privately fostered children), in paragraph 5, for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) there is substituted “he is placed in the care of a person who proposes to adopt him under arrangements made by an adoption agency within the meaning of—

(a) section 2 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002;

(b) section 1 of the Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978; or

(c) Article 3 of the Adoption (Northern Ireland) Order 1987”.
