Section 318 of the Education Act 1996 (provision of goods and services in connection with special educational needs) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), after “voluntary schools” there is inserted “ or maintained nursery schools ”.

In subsection (2), after “voluntary schools” there is inserted “ , maintained nursery schools ”.
