CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">b</Addition></Pnumber><P3para><Text><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">the chief officer of police for the relevant police area and the authority that made the byelaw have agreed to include it in a list of byelaws kept for the purposes of sub-paragraph (5).</Addition></Text></P3para></P3></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/2/7" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/2/7" id="schedule-3C-paragraph-2-7"><Pnumber><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">7</Addition></Pnumber><P2para><Text><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">The chief officer of police for the relevant police area must publish the list of byelaws kept for the purposes of sub-paragraph (5) in such a way as to bring it to the attention of members of the public in localities where the byelaws in the list apply.</Addition></Text></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/2/8" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/2/8" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">2</Addition></Pnumber><P2para><Text><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">A person who fails to comply with a requirement under sub-paragraph (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.</Addition></Text></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/3/3" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">an offence committed in a specified park which by virtue of section 2 of the Parks Regulation (Amendment) Act 1926 is an offence against the Parks IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/3/6" id="schedule-3C-paragraph-3-6"><Pnumber><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">6</Addition></Pnumber><P2para><Text><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">A byelaw may be included in the list of byelaws published for the purposes of this paragraph only if the chief officer of police and the relevant body which made the byelaw agree that it should be included.</Addition></Text></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/3/7" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/3/7" id="schedule-3C-paragraph-3-7"><Pnumber><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">The chief officer of police for the relevant police area must publish the list in such a way as to bring it to the attention of members of the CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">The list of byelaws published for the purposes of this paragraph may be amended from time to time by agreement between the chief officer of police and the relevant body, by adding byelaws to it or removing byelaws from it.</Addition></Text></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/3/9" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2002/30/schedule/3C/paragraph/3/9" id="schedule-3C-paragraph-3-9"><Pnumber><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">9</Addition></Pnumber><P2para><Text><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">Any substance seized in exercise of the power conferred by sub-paragraph (2) is to be treated for the purposes of sections 49 to 53 of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 as if it had been seized by a police or customs officer under section 36 of that Act.</Addition></Text></P2para></P2><Text><Addition ChangeId="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1-1638532110919" CommentaryRef="key-44662dab4589dd85edd56594182133a1">Section 50 of that Act applies in relation to any such substance as if the reference
