Every F3National Crime Agency officer who is assigned to carry out F4any function of the National Crime Agency under this Part must, as soon as practicable after being so assigned, make a declaration in the form set out in Schedule 8 before a person nominated by the F5Director General of the National Crime Agency for the purpose.
