Arrangements for assistance N.I.

10 (1) The Ombudsman may make arrangements with such persons as he considers appropriate for assistance to be provided to him. N.I.

(2) Arrangements may include the paying of fees to such persons.

(3) No arrangements may be made under this paragraph unless approved by the Lord Chancellor.]
