(b)for “he” substitute “ they, acting jointly, ”,
(c)for “as the Lord Chancellor” substitute “ as they ”, and
(d)for “thinks” substitute “ think ”.
(3)In subsection (3), for “Lord Chancellor otherwise directs” substitute “ First Minister and deputy First Minister, acting jointly, otherwise direct ”.
