24 (1) Section 191 is amended as follows.

(2) In the definition of “benefit”, at the end insert “ and state pension credit ”.

(3) Insert the following definition at the appropriate place—

• ““state pension credit” means state pension credit under the State Pension Credit Act 2002;”.
