62 Advice [F1etc.]E+W
(1)The [F2Secretary of State] may give financial assistance to a person in relation to the provision by that person of [F3information, training or] general advice [F4 about, or a dispute resolution service in connection with—
(a)any] aspect of the law of commonhold land, so far as relating to residential matters [F5, or
(b)any other matter relating to commonhold land and residential matters].
(2)Financial assistance under this section may be given in such form and on such terms as the [F6Secretary of State] thinks appropriate.
(3)The terms may, in particular, require repayment in specified circumstances.
