62 Advice F1etc.

(1)

The F2Secretary of State may give financial assistance to a person in relation to the provision by that person of F3information, training or general advice F4 about, or a dispute resolution service in connection with—

(a)

any aspect of the law of commonhold land, so far as relating to residential matters F5, or

(b)

any other matter relating to commonhold land and residential matters.

(2)

Financial assistance under this section may be given in such form and on such terms as the F6Secretary of State thinks appropriate.

(3)

The terms may, in particular, require repayment in specified circumstances.
