In the following provisions of this Part a reference to a tenant includes a reference to a person who has [F2home rights (within the meaning of section 30(2) of the Family Law Act 1996 (c. 27) (rights in respect of matrimonial or civil partnership home))] in respect of a commonhold unit—
(a)section 19,
(b)section 35, and
(c)section 37.
