SCHEDULE 8 E+W Enfranchisement by company: amendments

8 (1) Section 18 (duty to disclose existence of agreements affecting premises etc.) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “nominee purchaser”, in the first and last place, substitute “ RTE company ”, and

(b) for “tenant”, in the first place, substitute “ member ”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “nominee purchaser” (in each place) substitute “ RTE company ”, and

(b) for “tenants” substitute “ members ”.
