32 Provision of documents etc. on vehicle licence applications

In section 7(1) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 (c.22) (requirement to make a declaration on application for vehicle licence)—

in paragraph (a) for “such a” there shall be substituted “

; and
b
in paragraph (b)—

after “furnish” there shall be inserted “

”
; and
ii
after “particulars” there shall be inserted “

”
.
