6(1)Paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11) (financial information orders) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In sub-paragraph (1) after “financial institution” insert “ to which the order applies ”.
(3)After sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A)The order may provide that it applies to—
(a)all financial institutions,
(b)a particular description, or particular descriptions, of financial institutions, or
(c)a particular financial institution or particular financial institutions.”
