“national court” means a court in the United Kingdom or a service court; and

F1 “ service court ” means—

1. (a)

   the Court Martial;

2. (b)

   the Service Civilian Court;

3. (c)

   the Court Martial Appeal Court; or

4. (d)

   the Supreme Court on an appeal brought from the Court Martial Appeal Court.
