Proceedings before the ICC in respect of an ICC crime are criminal proceedings for the purposes of F1paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 or section 11 of the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959 (c.15(N.I.)) (power of coroner to order exhumation).
