Part I U.K. The 1997 Act

6 In section 5 (annual reports), in subsection (3) (persons to be sent copy of report)—

(a) the word “and” at the end of paragraph (f) shall be omitted; and

(b) after that paragraph there shall be inserted—

“(fa) the Director-General of the Security Service; and”.
