309Z7Interpretation of Chapter 2A
(1)
In this Chapter—
“director”, in relation to a relevant recognised body, means a member of the board of directors of the body or, if there is no such board, the equivalent body responsible for the management of the body;
“employee”, in relation to a relevant recognised body, includes a person who—
(a)
personally provides, or is under an obligation personally to provide, services to the body under an arrangement made between the body and the person providing the services or another person, and
(b)
is subject to, or to the right of, supervision, direction or control by the body as to the manner in which those services are provided;
“relevant recognised body” has the meaning given in section 309A;
