205 Public censure.

F1(1)

If the F2appropriate regulator considers that an authorised person has contravened F3a relevant requirement imposed on the person, it may publish a statement to that effect.

F4(2)

If the FCA considers that a person other than an authorised person has contravened a relevant Part 5A requirement imposed on the person, it may publish a statement to that effect.
