138FNotification of rules

F2(1)

If either regulator makes, alters or revokes any rules, that regulator must without delay give written notice F3to the Treasury.

F4(1A)

The FCA must also give written notice to the Bank of England.

F5(2)

Subsection F6(1A) does not apply to rules made under or by virtue of section F7137FAA, 137FB, F8137FBA, F9, 137FC F10, 137SA F11, 137SB F12... F13or 333T.
