158U.K.In section 32(1) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 (offences: supplementary), in paragraph (a), for “section 1A of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ section 12 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
