180U.K.In section 1(6) of the Criminal Evidence (Amendment) Act 1997 (meaning of references to person serving sentence of imprisonment), for “section 53 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933” there shall be substituted “ section 92 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
