204In section 96 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 (execution by person not in possession of warrant), in the section 125D to be inserted in the [1980 c. 43.] Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, in subsection (3)(f), for “the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999” there shall be substituted “the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000”.
