7 Giving false or misleading information. U.K.

A person who knowingly or recklessly makes a statement which is false or misleading in a material particular in giving—

(a) any information to the [F1 Office for Nuclear Regulation] or an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act or the Additional Protocol;

(b) any information to the [F1 Office for Nuclear Regulation] in response to a requirement of regulations under section 3; or

(c) any information to an Agency inspector exercising powers under section 5,

is guilty of an offence.
