9 E+W+S In section 258 (decisions of creditors’ meeting), in subsection (3), for “in relation to the debtor” there is substituted “ or authorised to act as nominee, in relation to the voluntary arrangement ” and for “such as is mentioned in section 253” there is substituted “ under this Part ”.
