Effect of air traffic administration order U.K.

11 U.K.While an air traffic administration order is in force in relation to an existing licence company anything which the company is permitted or required to do—

(a) by paragraph 3 or 10, or

(b) in consequence of any provision of a scheme,

is effective only if it is done on the company’s behalf by its air traffic administrator.
