In section 329 of the 1980 Act (interpretation)—

a

in subsection (1) after the definition of “reconstruction” there is inserted—

“restricted byway” has the same meaning as in Part II of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000;

b

in subsection (2) for “either “bridleway” or “footpath”” there is substituted “ “bridleway”, “footpath” or “restricted byway” ”.
