This Act may be cited as the Fur Farming (Prohibition) Act 2000.

Sections 1 to 4 shall come into force on such day as the F1Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint; but no day before 1st January 2003 shall be appointed.

Section 5 shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.

This Act extends to England and Wales only.
