17(1)The Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 shall be amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In Article 72A(2) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)in relation to a police officer, means the Chief Constable;”.
(3)In Article 169A(2) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)in relation to a police officer, means the Chief Constable;”.
(4)In Article 243(3) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)service as a police officer;”.
