http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/29/section/41/enactedTrustee Act 2000NegligenceWaste managementCharitiesLegislationKing's Printer of Acts of Parliament2021-08-03 Part VI 41 1 A Minister of the Crown may by order make such amendments of any Act, including an Act extending to places outside England and Wales, as appear to him appropriate in consequence of or in connection with Part II or III. 2 Before exercising the power under subsection (1) in relation to a local, personal or private Act, the Minister must consult any person who appears to him to be affected by any proposed amendment. 3 An order under this section may— a contain such transitional provisions and savings as the Minister thinks fit; b make different provision for different purposes. 4 The power to make an order under this section is exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament. 5 “Minister of the Crown” has the same meaning as in the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975. 1975 c. 26.
