5 U.K. In section 4(3)(a) of the M1 Official Secrets Act 1989 (offence of disclosing interception information), after “1985” there shall be inserted “ or under the authority of an interception warrant under section 5 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 ”.
