9In paragraph 17(b) of Schedule 2 to the [1998 c. 47.] Northern Ireland Act 1998 (excepted matters), for “the Interception of Communications Act 1985” there shall be substituted “Chapter I of Part I of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000”.
