In Schedule 1 to that Act (enactments conferring functions assigned to social services committees) after the entry relating to the M1Housing Act 1985 there is inserted—
Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (c. 33)
Sections 1 to 5, 7 and 8 except in so far as they assign functions to a local authority in their capacity as a local education authority.
