Part II Publication of proposals

Closure of sixth form: Wales

(1)

The Council shall send—

(a)

a copy of the published proposals, and

(b)

such other information as may be prescribed,

to the National Assembly for Wales.

(2)

In the case of a community or foundation special school, the Council shall also send the F1copy mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(a) to such other persons as may be prescribed.
