SCHEDULE 6The Adult Learning Inspectorate
Seal and proof of instruments

(1)
This paragraph applies if a document purports to be an instrument made or issued by or on behalf of the Inspectorate and—
(a)
to be duly executed under the Inspectorate’s seal, or
(b)
to be signed or executed by a person authorised by the Inspectorate to act in that behalf.
(2)
The document must be received in evidence and treated (without further proof) as being so made or issued unless the contrary is shown.
