Finality of decisions E+W+S

11 E+W+S Subject to the provisions of this Schedule [F1 and to any provision made by or under Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007], any decision made in accordance with the preceding provisions of this Schedule shall be final.
