In section 7A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (sharing of functions as regards certain claims and information), in subsection (6)(a)—
a
after “application” there shall be inserted “
(or an application treated as having been made)
”
; and
b
for “maintenance assessment” there shall be substituted “
maintenance calculation
”
.
