Discharge or variation U.K.

4 (1) An application to discharge or vary an account monitoring order may be made to the court by— U.K.

(a) the person who applied for the order;

(b) any person affected by the order.

(2) If the application for the account monitoring order was made by a police officer, an application to discharge or vary the order may be made by a different police officer.

(3) The court—

(a) may discharge the order;

(b) may vary the order.]
