Excepted material

In this Part—

a

“excluded material” has the meaning given by section 11 of the M1Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984,

b

“items subject to legal privilege” has the meaning given by section 10 of that Act, and

c

“special procedure material” has the meaning given by section 14 of that Act;

and material is “excepted material” if it falls within any of paragraphs (a) to (c).
