3 Admissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings.

(1)

The following shall not be admissible in evidence in any criminal proceedings—

(a)

any relevant information provided to the Commission; and

(b)

any evidence obtained (directly or indirectly) as a result of such information being so provided.

(2)

Subsection (1) shall not apply to the admission of evidence adduced in criminal proceedings on behalf of the accused.
