Former employees of predecessors of London Regional Transport
6In the application of section 411 of this Act in a case where the body or person falling within paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of that section is London Regional Transport or a subsidiary of London Regional Transport, paragraph (c) of that subsection shall have effect with the insertion, after “falling within paragraph (b) above”, of “or this paragraph”.
