Delegation of functions in Greater London U.K.

4 U.K.In section 5 of the M2 London Government Act 1963 (delegation of functions in Greater London) in subsection (3) (agreements with local authorities whose areas are contiguous to Greater London etc) for “London Fire and Civil Defence Authority” there shall be substituted “ London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
