38U.K.In section 60 of the M1County Courts Act 1984 (right of audience) in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority”, after “a joint authority established by Part IV of the M2Local Government Act 1985” there shall be inserted “ the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, ”.
