36 U.K.In section 41 of the M1 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (lost and uncollected property) in subsection (13), in the definition of “local authority”, after paragraph (e) (joint authorities) there shall be inserted “and

(f) the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority;”.
