No protected tenancy in certain cases U.K.

26 U.K. In section 14 of the M1 Rent Act 1977 (no protected tenancy where landlord’s interest belongs to a local authority etc) after paragraph (cb) (joint authorities) there shall be inserted—

“(cc) the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority;”.
