In section 60 of the [1984 c. 28.] County Courts Act 1984 (right of audience) in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority”, after “a joint authority established by Part IV of the [1985 c. 51.] Local Government Act 1985” there shall be inserted “the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority,”.
