Exclusion of certain shared ownership leases U.K.

9 U.K. In Schedule 4A to the M1 Leasehold Reform Act 1967, in paragraph 2 (exclusion of certain leases granted by bodies specified in sub-paragraph (2)) in sub-paragraph (2), after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted—

“(bb) the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority;”.
